Enroll your nailer within 60 days of purchase using its serial number, then activate your Service Promise by answering a few easy questions. After that, if your nailer stops working for any reason, we'll fix it for FREE for 2 years.
Your nailer’s serial number is 10 characters (0000XX0000; 4 numbers–2 letters–4 numbers) and is embossed on your nailer. Find your nailer’s model below for the precise location.

Located approximately 1 inch below the “P” on the Paslode logo on the right side of the nailer. Place the nailer with the battery side up and the nose to the right, then look below the “P” toward the handle.

Located approximately 1 inch below the Paslode logo on the right side of the nailer. Place the nailer with the battery side up and the nose to the right, then look below the Paslode logo toward the handle.

No. Factory Direct Paslode refurbished tools do not qualify for the Cordless 2 Year Service Promise.
You know if something isn't right with your nailer, that's why this Service Promise covers ANY service—no questions asked. Service, repairs with genuine Paslode parts, cleaner and lubricant… it's all FREE for 2 years. And, if your nailer can't be fixed, we'll replace it with a new nailer (limit one replacement per nailer purchased).
No. Only Paslode factory repairs and service are covered under the Cordless 2 Year Service Promise.
Nailers covered under the Cordless 2 Year Service Promise will be serviced only at the Paslode Lake Forest, IL factory service location
Use the Quick Fix Guide to see if you have a problem you might be able to fix yourself. You can also check your nailer's case for the Quick Reference Guide, the printed Quick Fix Guide and your nailer's operating manual for a more comprehensive troubleshooting guide.
Once received by the Paslode factory, your nailer will be repaired within 3 days. Total turnaround time depends on shipping from and to your location.

To receive the full benefits of the Cordless 2 Year Service Promise, you must follow the claim procedure and ship nailer to the Paslode Lake Forest, IL factory service location. Click here to start the claim process.


There is no change to the standard warranty for your nailer. The 5 Year Extended Limited Warranty (applicable to all molded nylon parts) will also still apply. Check your nailer's operating manual for full warranty information.


If you choose not to submit a claim through the Cordless 2 Year Service Promise for the first year, you can still take your nailer to an authorized Paslode Service Center to obtain standard warranty service.
